RN - OR - Travel

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional care across various stages, from Pediatric to Geriatric. As a valued member of our team, you will:

• Perform thorough, systematic, and accurate assessments.
• Demonstrate competent clinical skills and provide direct patient care.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of the nursing process and patient progress.
• Exhibit professionalism and identify areas for clinical and professional growth.
• Respond to patients, families, and co-workers professionally, maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Follow National Patient Safety Goals and use safe transfer techniques.
• Understand conditions, procedures, and equipment for surgical patients, individualizing patient care.
• Prioritize patient care based on needs and condition changes.
• Assess patient understanding of procedures and perform pre-operative and postoperative assessments.
• Support timely patient testing and evaluate Pre Admission Testing orders.

Skills Required

• 1 year of experience
• BLS Certification
• RN License
• CNOR Certification (Preferred)

Schedule Notes

Working hours are from 11 AM to 12 AM. Must be able to scrub and circulate on robotics, ortho, neuro, and general surgeries.
