Job Title: RN - Outpatient
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 03 months Contract
Schedule: M-F 8 am-4 pm
Hourly rate: $52/hour on W2 (Negotiable)
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, health promotion, and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC.
- Ensure patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development.
- Perform charge nurse duties when assigned.
- Support efficient patient flow and resource utilization.
Required Qualifications- Active NYS RN/LPN License
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 2 years of RN/LPN experience
- Minimum 2 years of ambulatory care experience
- EPIC experience
