RN – Outpatient Surgery | St. Helena, CA | 13-Week Travel Contract

You'll work alongside experienced perioperative professionals while enjoying a predictable weekday schedule and one of California's most desirable locations.

Position Details

• Position: RN – Outpatient Surgery

• Location: St. Helena, California

• Contract: 13 Weeks

• Schedule:

  • Day Shift

  • 4×10-hour shifts (Monday–Friday)

  • Rotating weekday off

  • Start times between 5:30 AM and 11:00 AM, depending on case volume

What You'll Need

• Active California RN License

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience

• Recent Endoscopy experience (Required)

• Experience in Pre-Op and PACU Phase II

• BLS Certification

• ACLS Certification

• PALS Certification

• Outpatient surgery and perioperative experience strongly preferred

• Experience with moderate sedation and rapid patient turnover is a plus

What You'll Do

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care throughout the outpatient surgical process

• Care for pre-op, recovery, and Phase II PACU patients

• Assist with endoscopy procedures and perioperative workflows

• Monitor patients receiving moderate sedation

• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and multidisciplinary teams

• Educate patients and families before discharge

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure continuity of care
