What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality post-anesthesia patient care in the PACU setting
• Assess patient condition and respond to changing clinical needs
• Use the nursing process to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Delegate and supervise nursing staff and ancillary team members
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and accreditation standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
• Support unit and organizational goals for patient satisfaction and safety

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in PACU or surgical care
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt care to diverse patient populations
