What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process within the PACU setting
• Assess patients’ needs and implement appropriate teaching and interventions
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Delegate tasks and supervise nursing team members as a leader
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies
• Respond swiftly to patient needs and provide compassionate care during recovery phases
• Document clinical activities accurately and timely

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CPI certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience in acute, surgical, or PACU settings
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or additional clinical certifications
