Job Overview:
Location: Norwood, MA
Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Primary Duties:
- Oversee clinical operations to ensure adherence to healthcare standards and organizational policies.
- Manage the coordination and workflow of patient care processes.
- Lead and evaluate the clinical team to provide exceptional services consistently.
- Facilitate effective communication channels among patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams.
- Champion quality improvement initiatives and strive to meet departmental performance targets.
- Exemplify the organization's mission and values through professional conduct.
- Ensure all compliance measures are met through regular training, accurate documentation, and audit cooperation.
- Maintain a safe healthcare environment by adhering to safety guidelines.

Skills & Experience:
- Licensed registered nurse qualified to practice in Massachusetts.
- Preferably with experience in a home healthcare setting and two years in a supervisory role.
- Familiar with professional healthcare standards and regulatory frameworks, including Medicare conditions and local health regulations.
