RN – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) | Fort Myers, FL

Pay: $33.00 – $48.00/hour
Shift Differential: +$6/hour
Relocation Assistance: $7,000 + $1,800/month housing for 3 months

What You’ll Do:

• Provide specialized care for progressive care and step-down patients

• Monitor cardiac, respiratory, and post-procedural patients closely

• Administer medications, treatments, and ongoing patient assessments

• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and coordinate appropriate interventions

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

What You’ll Bring:

• Active RN license

• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience required
