Submission Requirements

  • Active Delaware RN License or Compact RN License.
  • Minimum 2 years of recent PCU experience (required; no exceptions).
  • Recent Epic experience required.
  • RN License Number and Expiration Date.
  • List of certifications with expiration dates.
  • Full SSN, Date of Birth, and Address.
  • All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be submitted with the initial application.
  • Maximum 3 days of RTO permitted after submission.
