Schedule: 3x12s, Night Shift
Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (1900–0730)
Department: Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
Experience in PCU/Stepdown or acute care setting preferred
Strong patient monitoring and critical thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple patients with varying acuity
Weekend and holiday rotation required
Floating to other units may be required based on facility needs
Adherence to patient care standards and safety protocols
