What You’ll Do

• Lead the delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process within state and professional standards
• Assess patient needs, implement teaching strategies, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure quality and safety in patient care
• Use data and clinical knowledge to evaluate patient progress and implement improvements
• Maintain professionalism and cultural sensitivity in all interactions
• Adhere to safety protocols, including exposure control for blood and body fluids
• Perform other related duties as assigned in a fast-paced healthcare environment

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license in Florida
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience

Preferred:

• Certification in a clinical specialty area
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
