RN – PCU (Contract)

Location: Arizona 85351
Pay Rate: $2,108 – $2,365
Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Additional: Must float between Boswell and Del Webb campuses as needed; Boswell is primary campus
Attire: Navy scrubs and Navy warm-up jacket

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care on the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

• Monitor, assess, and document patient status; implement care plans

• Float between Boswell and Del Webb campuses as needed

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective patient care

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona required

• PCU or step-down nursing experience preferred

• Ability to work nights and float between campuses

• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
