M-F, 8a-5p, no weekends or holidays, 16 week contract
Required:
Active RN License, (2) years RN experience,
BLS from AHA
Current inpatient case management experience; post-acute facility referral platforms such as NaviHealth or AllScripts.
Preferred: EPIC, Case management certification, Experience working at the bedside- preferably at least 5 years' experience. ICU experience preferred but not required
***Does not need Pediatrics experience but does need experience being a case manager and helping to facilitate discharge planning
Will float to all Peds Units: NICU, PICU/PCICU, Oncology- would not float to psych.
