Pay: $68/hour
Schedule: Day/Evening, 8 ten-hour shifts every 2 weeks (Day 7:00 AM–7:30 PM, Night 11:00 AM–11:30 PM). Some weekends.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Pediatric PACU Registered Nurse to join our team at an acute care academic medical center in Syracuse, NY. In this role, you'll provide specialized post-operative care to pediatric patients, ensuring safe recovery and optimal outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current New York State RN license.
- Current BLS certification (or able to recertify).
- Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care experience (within the past 2 years) at a facility of similar size and level.
- EPIC Electronic Medical Records experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- No prior suspension or investigation of a professional license/certification, and no history as a defendant in a professional liability claim.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide post-anesthesia care to pediatric patients.
- Monitor vital signs and recovery progress.
- Administer medications.

- Maintain accurate documentation.
