Castor Home Health Solutions is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 nursing care for an infant in Lockport during a consistent Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM day shift.

This case includes TPN administration and central line care, making it a great fit for an RN who wants to use their clinical skills while providing attentive, individualized care.

Central line experience is preferred, but don't count yourself out if you need case-specific training. We'd still love to talk with you.

Your Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Consistent daytime hours
• No evenings or weekends required for this schedule
• 1:1 patient assignment

What You'll Do

As your patient's 1:1 RN, you'll provide the skilled nursing care they need while allowing them to remain comfortably at home with their family.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Administering and monitoring TPN as ordered
• Providing central line care and monitoring
• Assessing and monitoring your patient's condition
• Administering medications and treatments
• Following the individualized plan of care
• Completing required nursing documentation
• Communicating with the family and Castor clinical team
• Providing compassionate, developmentally appropriate infant care

What You'll Need

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Central line experience preferred
• TPN experience preferred

Infant, pediatric, or private duty nursing experience is a plus, but it isn't required to start the conversation.
