Position Overview:
Location: South and Central Los Angeles, CA and surrounding areas (Flexibility is essential)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM 5:00 PM (will vary)
Pay Rate: RN: $38-42/hr
Start Date: IMMEDIATE
Type: In-person - Full time openings
Responsibilities:
Provide care for students with chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes)
Monitor and manage immunization records in compliance with state regulations
Deliver first aid and emergency care
Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills
Maintain accurate and confidential student health records
Communicate with parents regarding health concerns and follow-up care
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
Ability to frequently bend, crouch, and lift up to 40lbs
Qualifications:
Active CA State RN License
BLS Certification
Current negative TB test
Trach experience preferred
Confidence, reliability, flexibility
