Job Description
The RN PM Supervisor is a strong leader who serves as a resource for the nursing staff, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal resident care. RN Supervisor supports nurses in clinical assessments and documentation of services rendered. Registered Nurse PM Supervisor assists with scheduling and ensures adequate staffing coverage.
Acts as family liaison.
What you bring to the table
Must have Registered Nurse RN license in good standing in Illinois.
3-5 years leadership experience in the nursing field Long term care experience preferred BSN preferred
Must possess excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills. Strong computer skills are essential.
