Schedule

·         12-hour shifts

·         Day and night shifts available

·         Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available

Responsibilities

·         Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes

·         Monitor patient condition and report changes as needed

·         Assist with care plans, medication support, and daily patient needs as appropriate

·         Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

·         Communicate professionally with patients, families, and care team members

Qualifications

·         Active nursing license in good standing

·         Experience in home health, private duty nursing, or patient care preferred

·         Strong communication and documentation skills

·         Reliable, professional, and patient-focused

·         Reliable transportation required

·         Ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts
