Compensation

Pay Range: $40.07 - $48.10 per hour, depending on prior experience.

What You Bring (Requirements)
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Current RN license in the state of Colorado.
  • At least two years of nursing experience, including long-term care, dementia care, or acute care; home care experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification.
Your Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) will:

  • Manage cases, coordinate, supervise, and implement professional and supportive services for clients, utilizing nursing theory and processes in line with the Nurse Practice Act.
  • Review client referral information and respond to inquiries as necessary.
  • Conduct client assessments according to agency standards to ensure effective home care services.
  • Independently direct, plan, and initiate appropriate actions in home care situations.
  • Perform duties in accordance with agency policies, procedures, and professional standards.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Clinical Services.

Experience and Education
  • Experience Required: 2 years of nursing experience, including long-term care dementia care or acute care.
  • Preferred Experience: Home care experience.
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
Licenses & Certifications
  • Required: CPR/First Aid certification and Registered Nurse license.
