Compensation: $39.59 - $46.55 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications (What You Bring)

  • Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Colorado.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Experience in long-term care is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will apply the nursing process to plan and deliver direct care to assigned residents. The nurse will organize, oversee, and execute shift routines within the designated nursing unit, while also supervising and assessing the activities of staff as the designated “in charge” according to the Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities may include assuming “Building Charge” duties as directed by the Director of Nursing or their designee.

  • Provide leadership and guidance within the assigned unit.
  • Conduct resident care functions.
  • Manage charting, documentation, and assessment tasks.
  • Participate in various committees and meetings to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience Preferred
  • Experience in Long-Term Care.
Education Required
  • Technical training or higher in Nursing.
Licenses & Certifications Required
  • Registered Nurse license.
Preferred
  • CPR/First Aid certification.
