Graduate of a registered nursing program and possessing Indiana RN licensure; basic understanding of the related behaviors and needs appropriate to age and diagnosis of patients served in order to develop and provide an individualized plan of care; good interpersonal and communication skills; excellent decision-making skills and initiative to make independent judgments' with the framework of established policies and procedures; CPR training; previous home care or hospice experience preferred; knowledge of Medicare; State; and other rules and standards related to Home Care; ability to drive and valid driver's license; ability to push/pull/lift/carry heavy objects; ability to operate computer and other technical medical equipment.K
