Compensation

Pay Range: $39.59 - $46.55 per hour, depending on experience.

What You Bring (Requirements)
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Colorado.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Experience in long-term care is preferred.
Your Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will employ the nursing process to plan and deliver direct care to assigned residents. Responsibilities include:

  • Planning, directing, and executing shift routines within the designated nursing unit.
  • Observing, guiding, and assessing the activities of personnel as the designated leader in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
  • Assuming “Building Charge” duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or their designee.
  • Providing leadership and guidance within the assigned unit.
  • Conducting resident care functions.
  • Managing charting, documentation, and assessment tasks.
  • Participating in various committees and meetings to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Performing additional duties as required.

Experience and Education
  • Preferred Experience: Long-term care experience.
  • Required Education: Technical training or higher in Nursing.
  • Licenses & Certifications: Required - Registered Nurse; Preferred - CPR/First Aid.
