Registered Nurse

Location: Lake City, FL (and surrounding areas)
Position Type: PRN

Concierge Care is seeking a dependable and professional Registered Nurse (RN) to assist with in-home client assessments in the Lake City area.

This is a PRN position that is ideal for an RN looking for flexible supplemental work in the home care setting. The primary focus of this role is completing client assessments and helping ensure each client has an appropriate plan of care in place.

What You'll Do

• Complete initial and ongoing in-home client assessments
• Review client needs and assist with care planning
• Complete required nursing documentation accurately and on time
• Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and our office team
• Help ensure services remain appropriate as client needs change
• Provide professional nursing oversight as required
  
  

What We're Looking For

Applicants must have:

• Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance
• Social Security card
• Current CPR certification
• Current health statement completed within the past 6 months stating you are free of communicable diseases
• Eligibility for a Level 2 background screening through the AHCA/FLClearinghouse
  
  

This RN position does not require the CNA/HHA certifications or caregiver CEUs required for our direct-care positions.
