Compensation

Pay Range: $40.07 - $48.10 per hour, depending on prior experience.

What You Bring (Requirements)
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Current RN license in Colorado.
  • At least two (2) years of nursing experience, including long-term care, dementia care, or acute care; home care experience is a plus.
  • CPR certification.
Your Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) will:

  • Manage cases, coordinate care, supervise, and implement professional services to clients, utilizing nursing theories and processes in line with the Nurse Practice Act.
  • Review client referrals and respond to inquiries appropriately.
  • Conduct client assessments according to agency standards to ensure effective home care services.
  • Independently direct, plan, and initiate appropriate actions in home care scenarios.
  • Perform duties in accordance with agency policies, procedures, and community standards.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Clinical Services.

Experience and Education
  • Required: 2 years of nursing experience, including long-term care, dementia care, or acute care.
  • Preferred: Experience in home care.
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
Licenses & Certifications
  • Required: CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Required: Registered Nurse License
