Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary range: $116,438 $174,636

About the Role
As the RN Program Manager Peer Review, you will lead and coordinate the infrastructure and processes that ensure robust, fair, and high-quality clinician peer review across the organization.
Youll serve as a trusted partner to medical staff and leadership, leveraging data, clinical insight, and collaborative relationships to support patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.

Required
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington
Bachelors degree (focus in informatics or analytics strongly preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in:
Quality improvement, project management, or change management
Peer review coordination or related experience
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
