Registered Nurse – Progressive Care (PCU)
We have an exciting Registered Nurse – Progressive Care (PCU) opportunity in Atlanta, GA.
Position Details:- Job Title: Registered Nurse – Progressive Care (PCU)
- Location: Atlanta, GA
- Contract: 13 Weeks
- Start Date: September 8, 2026
- End Date: December 5, 2026
- Shift: Days
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
- Schedule: Sunday – Saturday
- Local & Travel: Both accepted
Pay:- Local: $56.50/hour | $2,034/week for 36 hours
- Travel: $63.30/hour | $2,279/week for 36 hours
- Local OT: $84.75/hour
- Travel OT: $68.90/hour
Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of PCU/Progressive Care experience
- Must have documented PCU, Med Surg, and Telemetry experience in work history
- Experience in a similar-sized facility preferred
- Experience with cardiac patient population
- Experience with STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, and chest pain (C/P)
- Experience managing cardiac drips, including Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Pressors
- BLS and ACLS required
- Prior travel experience required
Unit Details:- 28-bed PCU/IMCU
- Cardiac-focused patient population
- Typical nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:3–4
- May also care for lower-acuity telemetry patients within the same unit
