Does the charge nurse take an assignment? Yes-occasionally have patients Are there nurse aids on this unit/Ratios CNA-2 if able for floor RT Equipment (vents, Cpap, BiPap, etc) No Vents Is there tele on this unit? Monitor Techs? RNs read strips? Heavy tele unit. Monitored by Central monitoring Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) Weekend Requirements Every Other Weekend Holiday Requirements Rotate with perm staff Is there call or a standby requirement? no call Floating Requirements? Yes to med surg Scrub Color/Dress Code Caribbean Blue top and bottom OR White top and Caribbean Blue bottom OR all white top/bottom.
