" Weekend Requirement - RN's : Will cover a weekend approx once a quarter
" Weekend Requirement - CST's: None scheduled
" Call Requirement - RN's General on average is every 7th weekend, no call during week, have 2 specialty teams that take call every night (ortho/neuro and cardio/thoracic); travelers would only take that call if these cases are within their competency; cardiac only takes cardiac, but ortho neuro can be covered by general if within their scope
" What is call response time? 30 minutes
" Holidays: Rotate in with perm staff, must be flexible
" Scrub Color/ Provided: Provided
" Vents: Vents recover mainly in ICU
" Surgeon on call hours Surgeons on call 24/7, they cover their cases

" Common types of cases : Full service facility, do everything except major peds, no transplants, not level 1 trauma center but function as level 2, some ortho/neuro trauma, robotics, no c-sections in the main OR
" Scrubbing required - RN's : Not required but preferred
" Additional Notes: Looking for travelers who are reliable, have good attendance, are on time and here to work. Skills checklist MUST accurately reflect experience. If a 3, must be proficient. Must be flexible. They are here to serve a need. They need to have a basic competency is almost every service. Minimum years of experience is 2-3 years.
