- Radius: 60 MILES, DL must be submitted
- Week of orientation: Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote

Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling? shifts of: 0630-1900 or 0900-2130 or night shift 2100-0700
Weeknight/Call Requirements Call: ~120 hours per contract in rotation with staff
Weekend/Call Requirements Call: ~120 hours per contract in rotation with staff
Holiday/Call Requirements Depending on contract, 4th of July preferred
What is call response time? 30 mins
Floating Requirements Only if an extreme need could be asked to float within Zone 1: PEN, SFH, SFI, SMC, STM
