Registered Nurse (Floor RN – Psychiatric & Substance Use Disorder Facility)
Location: 4770 Larimer Parkway, Johnstown, Colorado
Pay Range: $41 - $49/hr
Schedule: Full-Time Day, 3 x 12's and every other weekend rotation

As a Floor RN, you will provide compassionate, direct patient care while working alongside an interdisciplinary team to support patients in their recovery journey. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care in a psychiatric/behavioral health setting.
Administering medications and monitoring patient responses.
Assisting in crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary.
Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other staff to ensure effective treatment plans.
Documenting patient progress and maintaining compliance with state and federal standards.
Supporting patients and families with education and resources to encourage long-term wellness.
Current RN license (in good standing).
ADN considered with relevant experience.
Prior psychiatric/behavioral health nursing experience a plus, but not required—training provided.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
Must be 21 years or older.
