Join the BrightStar Care of North Miami Team as a PRN Registered Nurse! Must be fluent in both English and Russian.

We are seeking skilled and compassionate PRN Registered Nurses to join our team. At BrightStar Care, we prioritize exceptional support for our nursing and care staff, offering above-average wages and opportunities to provide personalized, one-on-one patient care.

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in educating patients and their families on preventative care and best practices. The ideal candidate is a responsible, well-trained professional who can deliver outstanding nursing care with minimal supervision. You will consistently adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure patient well-being and deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities

Monitor patient conditions and assess needs to deliver optimal care and advice
Perform routine procedures (e.g., blood pressure checks, administering injections) and maintain patient records
Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
Provide immediate medical care in emergencies
Create a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and their families

Requirements

Fluency in English and Russian is required
Active Florida RN license
AHCA Level 2 fingerprinting clearance
Physical examination completed within the past six months
Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest X-ray
Minimum of one (1) year documented experience in a home health agency, primary care clinic, or health facility (preferred)
Exceptional nursing assessment skills
Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
Reliable transportation
Physical ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed, based on client mobility
