Deliver compassionate, direct nursing care by following established clinical policies and protocols to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and wellness.
Champion patient care plans by continuously implementing, monitoring, and adapting clinical interventions to foster optimal recovery and health outcomes.
Lead multidisciplinary coordination across the healthcare team, serving as the central advocate to ensure seamless, well-communicated, and holistic patient care.
Assess and guide discharge planning in collaboration with families and medical staff, ensuring patients experience safe, smooth, and confident transitions back home or to the next phase of care.
Execute and track medical orders with precision, maintaining accurate, real-time records of patient conditions to enable data-driven clinical decisions.
