 RN (Registered Nurse) Pediatric Surgery Center- PRN- Up to $74.20/ Hour

Grow professionally and personally as you work in the top medical facilities in the Twin Cities Metro area.  This immediate need need is in a children's dental surgery center but specific dental surgery experience is not required.

Schedule: The shift is 7am-3:30pm.  The schedule will vary based on client needs.  Staff must have weekday availability Monda-Friday.

Pay:  $63.60 to $74.20/ Hour depending on experience

Essential Job Duties:

• Assisting with pre-operative preparation, including patient assessments, medication administration, and patient/family education
• Monitoring patients throughout the surgical process, including vital signs, sedation, and pain management
• Providing post-operative care, including pain management, wound care, recovery monitoring, and discharge preparation
• Communicating with patients and families to provide education and support throughout the surgical experience
• Collaborating with members of the clinical team to ensure safe and coordinated patient care
• Completing timely and accurate documentation of patient care and outcomes
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to support excellent patient care 

Requirements:

• ADN degree
• Current RN license with the State of MN
• Current ACLS or  PALS
• Experience working in pre-op, post-op/ PACU
