What you'll do as an RN: Registered Nurse:
- Provide compassionate, professional nursing care to residents
- Supervise CNAs and nursing support staff per NJ Nursing Standards
- Support residents' physical, emotional, and cultural needs
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
- Assist with ADLs and restorative nursing per care plans
- Train and mentor newly hired nursing team members
Requirements for an RN: Registered Nurse:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
- Current NJ RN License
- LPNs enrolled in an RN program are welcome to apply
- Long-term care experience preferred
