Pay: $36-$48/hour
(based on experience & shift differentials)

What You'll Do:

• Perform resident assessments and identify changes in condition
• Develop, update, and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate residents and families on care and health management
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, resident rights, and policies
• Accurately document and report changes, incidents, and concerns

RN: Registered Nurse Requirements:

• Current and active Pennsylvania RN license
