RN Registered Nurse – Rehab & Nursing

Andover Manor Rehab and Nursing in Andover, MA is hiring an RN Registered Nurse for full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts.

As an RN Registered Nurse, you will:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Support long-term care and rehab patients
• Work closely with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams
• Help create a positive resident experience

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts RN license required
• Direct hire only (no agency)

Compensation:
$45 - $48/hour

The posted range reflects total potential earnings, including shift-based pay enhancements.
Base pay is determined by experience, with opportunities to earn higher rates based on shift, schedule, and benefit selections.
Employees who opt out of certain benefits may be eligible for higher hourly pay.
