Eklego is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join a team of nursing professionals working in a direct-hire position at one of our Senior Care clients in Souderton, PA.
Currently we have clients with Long Term Care and Sub Acute Care/Rehab opportunities, offering a Full-Time Night schedule, 11pm-7am.

What will I do in this RN Supervisor role?
RN's maintain quality clinical care for residents/clients through direct supervision of nursing staff. Responsibilities include assuring documentation is complete and accurate and communicating modifications to policy and procedures and oversee compliance. Manage changes in Physicians orders and manage the daily operations of the clinical staff.
