We have RN Full Time 3-11, Part Time 11-7 and Per diem all shift Openings
with a every other weekend requirement.

RN Pay Range: $40.00 up to $50.25/hr. 
(Pay rate based on experience and shift worked)

RN Salary Range 
·  $40.00 – $50.25/hr. (based on experience & shift)

Shift Differentials;
· 2nd Shift: +$2 weekdays / +$3 weekends
· 3rd Shift: +$2 weekdays / +$3.50 weekends
 
Exciting growth is happening at Warde Senior Living! As we prepare to open our new short-term rehabilitation unit, we are looking for caring and motivated RNs to join our team. 
 
Job Responsibilities
· Comprehensive Care: Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.
· Care Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.
· Supervision: Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.

Job Requirements

· Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
· Long-term care experience preferred.
· Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board.
