Responsibilities
Provide expert wound care assessments and treatments per clinical protocols.
Develop and implement individualized wound care plans and goals.
Meet or exceed clinical targets and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards in all procedures.
Document patient progress and outcomes in electronic health records.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and referrals.
Remain current with wound care best practices and continued education.
Educate patients and families on wound care, materials, and at-home protocols.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to drive quality and efficiency.
Support business growth by expanding patient reach and adherence to pipelines.
Maintain inventory of wound care supplies and manage procurement.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license with active state nursing practice.
Proof of wound care certification (e.g., WOCN, CWOCN) or equivalent training.
Minimum 2 years of clinical wound care experience in acute or outpatient settings.
Ability to develop and implement individualized wound care plans and goals.
Proficiency with electronic health records and accurate progress documentation.
Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards (HIPAA, OSHA) in wound care.
Capacity to meet performance targets and contribute to growth pipelines.
Strong collaboration skills for interdisciplinary team coordination.
Experience in inventory management and procurement of wound care supplies.
Excellent patient and family education on wound care and at-home protocols.
