Responsibilities Nurse Residency Program - 2026 Spring Class Graduates TMH offers NRP cohorts starting every quarter to best fit your needs. Eligibility & Requirements: Completion of an accredited nursing program. Able to apply 3 months prior to graduation New graduate nurses and RNs with less than 6 months of hospital (acute care) experience. Active Florida RN license or Multi-State RN license through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact or NCLEX Authorization to Test ( ATT ). Active American Heart Association CPR/BLS – Healthcare Provider card.
