Compensation & Incentives
- Pay Range: $42 - $55 per hour (DOE)
- Shift Differential: Additional pay for evenings, nights, and weekends

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct day-to-day nursing activities in compliance with state, federal, and facility standards
- Provide skilled nursing care, administer medications, and monitor treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families to ensure quality outcomes
- Support staff development through guidance, training, and oversight
- Participate in quality assurance programs and maintain documentation per facility and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Current RN license in Washington and CPR certification
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience (long-term or post-acute care preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to supervise nursing staff and ensure safe, compassionate resident care
