  • Meets the discipline-specific productivity standard.
  • Demonstrates competency in the care of patients during field observation by the clinical supervisor.

  • Documents follow-up of identified problems.

Job Requirements

Required

  • High School Graduate or High School GED
  • 1 year home health nursing experience within the past 5 years. Exception: Will consider an applicant with1 year acute care Med/Surg, Tele, ICU Nursing experience in the last 5 years only when adequate staffing allows
  • Registered Nurse: CA RN License
  • Basic Life Support - CPR BLS
  • Driver's License: CA DL
  • Auto Insurance

Preferred

  • Bachelors Of Nursing
  • Public Health certificate
