Position Summary:
Supervises management of operations during evening, night, weekend, and/or holiday hours; coordinates staffing of patient care area, provision of interdepartmental services, and administration of emergency operational procedures.
Experience: • Required: 3-5 years clinical nursing experience • Preferred: Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience
Education: • Required: Graduate of accredited diploma, associate degree or baccalaureate degree nursing program • Preferred: Bachelors degree in nursing or health related field
License and Credentials: • Required: NJ State Nursing License, BLS Healthcare Provider Certification • Preferred: Additional certifications or licenses as applicable
Skills: • Required: Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management and critical thinking skills
Populations Served: • Adult: Early Adult (19-45); Middle Adult (46-59); Late Adult (60-79); Late, Late Adult (Over 80)
Work Schedule: • Bi-Weekly Hours: 0 • Work Schedule: Per Diem (Nights & Weekend Nights) 7 pm to 7 am
Compensation: The minimum starting rate for this position is $56.00. When determining a team members base rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., years of recent relevant experience, education, credentials, and internal equity).
