Summary
As a Nursing Supervisor at Certus Healthcare Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality patient care and overseeing nursing staff within our communities. This position is essential for maintaining our commitment to excellence and personalized service.
Starting pay for this position, based on experience, is $ 35.00
Shifts available: Will be discussed during interview process.
This position includes being a part of the On-Call rotation for the clinical management team at Cedar Hill Healthcare & Rehabilitation. Being a part of the On-Call rotation means you will have On-Call responsibilities every 5th week of the rotation.

Responsibilities
Supervise nursing staff to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.Oversee medication administration and monitor patient responses to treatments.Conduct regular assessments of patient health and adjust care plans as necessary.Facilitate discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients leaving the facility.Provide training and support to nursing staff on best practices and new procedures.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
