Schedule: 3×12 | 36 Hours/Week | Every Other Weekend

Required Experience
- Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations specific to the area of employment.
- Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice acquired through completion of education at an accredited School of Nursing and eligibility for Registered Nurse licensure.
Required Education
- Associate's Degree in Nursing.
Preferred Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Required Licenses
- Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Nursing License from a participating Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
Required Certifications
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider or AHA-approved equivalent.
- American Heart Association (AHA) HeartCode Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) for Healthcare Providers or AHA-approved equivalent.
Job Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment.
- Demonstrate competency in providing nursing care to a primarily adult patient population.
- Deliver nursing care in accordance with the ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice, 2nd Edition (2010).
