At WVC, we inspire each person to embrace the possibilities of a life lived forward\u2014and you'll feel empowered and supported from day one.\n \nPosition Responsibilities\n\n Supervises and coordinates personnel delivery of nursing care on assigned shift to ensure quality nursing care\n Accurately transcribes and carries out physicians' orders.\n Explains procedures and treatments to Resident to gain cooperation, understanding, and allay apprehension.\n Administers treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.\n Assists in development and implementation of Resident Care Plan; updates care plan as needed.\n Prepares equipment and aids Physician during treatment and examination of Resident.\n Observes Resident, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or Physician of Resident's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments and significant incidents.\n Responds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures and protocol.\n Inventories and requisitions supplies to ensure quality nursing care.\n \n \nQualifications\n\n Active PA Registered Nurse (RN) License required\n \n\n Rehab experience required\n \n\n \nSchedule & Hours\n \nPart Time, Every Other Weekend Only Position\n\n 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM \u2013 11:30 PM\n \n\n* Includes every other holiday\n \n\n
