• Accurately assess, communicate, and document resident status• Observe and report significant changes in resident condition• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and healthcare providers• Supervise and support Resident Care Assistants (CNAs) and LPNs• Promote resident independence while meeting care needs• Respond appropriately to emergencies and resident concerns• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations• Support a culture of dignity, respect, and exceptional serviceQualifications
• Current Connecticut RN license• Current CPR certification• Graduate of an accredited RN program• One to two years of nursing experience preferred• Experience working with older adults preferred• Strong communication, clinical, and leadership skillsBenefits
