Full time/Permanent Position: RN Supervisor – Behavioral Health
Department: Outpatient Clinic

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Must be flexible depending on operational needs
Hourly Pay Range: $51 – $65/hour (based on experience)
Job Summary:
The Behavioral Health RN Supervisor plays a key leadership role in the outpatient clinic, providing clinical oversight and operational support for behavioral health services. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care by supervising clinical staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and promoting best practices in nursing and behavioral health.
Required Qualifications:
- Active California RN License
- BLS Certification
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience with direct reports or unit oversight
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or a healthcare-related field
- Prior experience in outpatient behavioral health or community-based mental health settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support clinical nursing and behavioral health staff
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide mentorship and training
- Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health providers, and administrative teams to coordinate patient care
- Assist in implementing programs that improve patient outcomes and staff efficiency
- Serve as a resource for crisis intervention, clinical decision-making, and patient triage
- Participate in audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and staff scheduling
