We are seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor to lead our Care Management team.

Requirements
- This candidate will provide Associate Director level supervision to the Care Management Department
- Must have 2 years of experience in discharge planning and utilization review
- Must be CCM & PRI certified
- Bachelor’s degree required but masters preferred
