Rate: $34-38/hr, $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
Shifts:
- 3PM-11:30PM, Full-Time, Weekdays
- 11PM-7:30AM, Full-Time, Weekdays
Garden Gate Health Care Facility is seeking a confident RN House Supervisor to provide evening clinical leadership and support to nursing staff. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who thrives in decision-making, team support, and ensuring high-quality resident care during off-hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical oversight and staff support during evening shifts
- Serve as the on-site clinical leader for nursing operations
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality care delivery
- Respond to clinical issues, staffing needs, and emergencies
Qualifications:
- RN license
- Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
