We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead evening nursing operations within a skilled nursing and healthcare environment. This role provides direct oversight of nursing staff, coordinates resident care, manages staffing, and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership
Supervise nursing staff and oversee evening operations throughout the healthcare center.
Ensure residents receive quality care and intervene when clinical issues arise.
Review nursing assignments and monitor staff performance.
Support nurses and CNAs with resident care concerns.
Admissions & Documentation
Manage resident admissions and discharges occurring during the shift.
Ensure admission checklists are completed accurately.
Review nursing documentation for completeness and compliance.
Support medication management and documentation processes.
Staffing & Operations
Manage evening and overnight staffing needs.
Address scheduling concerns and coverage needs.
Assist with coaching, discipline, and performance management when necessary.
Coordinate shift-to-shift communication and leadership reporting.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Participate in AHCA survey readiness and compliance initiatives.
Investigate and document incidents and accidents.
Ensure resident care plans are updated appropriately.
Monitor infection prevention measures and quality assurance activities.
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.
Required Qualifications
Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Florida RN license must be current with no disciplinary actions.
Long-term care experience required.
Strong working knowledge of AHCA regulations and survey processes.
Progressive leadership experience supervising nurses and CNAs.
